Carefully researched, studied, developed and refined, the P-47D is built in a worn and weathered look, just like the real aircraft after several months of active service during World War II. The P-47D is light and easy to fly. If you are familiar with flying low wing aircraft, you will have no problem mastering the flying characteristics of the P-47D. The robust balsa and plywood construction provides a durable yet lightweight airframe with many scale details. A mechanical retractable landing gear is supplied pre-installed and detailed assembly instructions with tips for further improving the appearance of your model are included.
