Description "GRAUPNER AMIGO V KIT GLIDER"
Graupner AMIGO - a success story

1960: AMIGO sees the light of day. With a wingspan of 1770 mm primarily as a free flight model, the model can also be controlled via remote control.

1966: the legendary AMIGO II with the then proud wingspan of 2000 mm is released as a novelty. The design with the distinctive fuselage cross-section behind the trailing edge of the wing and the typical wing ears is legendary. AMIGO II remains in delivery at Graupner for 24 years.

1990: From 1990 the AMIGO III with minor changes in detail, still manufactured in Kirchheim/Teck

2011: With a new, fresh outfit comes 2011 the AMIGO IV in the Graupner Novelties Catalog. The parts are now laser cut and manufactured in Vietnam.

2017: AMIGO V is delivered. The model is reminiscent of AMIGO II, as the wings, horizontal stabilizer and vertical stabilizer are AMIGO II. The new fuselage design is almost identical. Only the deep-drawn cockpit canopy has a modern shape and can be opened via a magnetic catch.

Features:
- Easy to assemble
- Vacuum formed cockpit canopy
- Laser-cut parts from balsa and plywood
- Decoration set in the style of AMIGO II
