The Hangar 9® Timber® 110 30-50cc is a balsa plywood ARF model with a 280 cm span based on the popular E-flite® Timber series.
Its innovative design combines the spirited performance of a sport aircraft with the versatility of a bush plane, so all facets are combined in one model.
It offers an incomparable flying experience, from STOL flight to 3D aerobatics. The Timber is packed with features and details that will delight advanced and experienced pilots alike. The lightweight construction in a high quality Lasercut balsa and plywood construction offers everything you would expect from a STOL large model. The two-piece, pluggable wings are equipped with optional rigid slats and working flaps for impressive short take-offs and landings even on less ideal runways.
The assembly is so simple that your time at the workbench is as short and pleasant as possible. Most of the assembly is done by plugging the parts together. The complete hardware package contains everything you need to complete the model. The rudders (except the rudder) are already hinged, while several maintenance covers provide convenient access to the electronics and flight batteries. The wooden construction is covered with Hangar 9 UltraCote®, known for its durable, brilliant look and durability. The pre-painted aluminum chassis and 7-inch tundra tires complete the look of the Timber 110. The Hangar 9 CubCrafters XCub 60cc bungee chassis also fits perfectly and completes the rugged look perfectly. When using the LED light set (sold separately), the Timber 110 has optional headlight covers. The Timber 110 30-50cc expands the portfolio of high-quality Hangar 9® aircraft.
