If you purchase DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will automatically be active after 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you by e-mail.
DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased through official or authorized channels. The services of DJI Care Refresh are only available in the purchasing region.
Two replacement units
DJI Care Refresh offers, for a small additional fee, up to two replacement units within one year. All replacements meet DJI performance and reliability standards. For the Mavic Mini, the fee for the first exchange is €40, for the second exchange €49.
The replacement units are in mint or near mint condition in terms of performance and reliability.
Attention:
DJI Care Refresh can only be booked and registered for new purchases or at the latest within 48 hours after the first activation, please note this. Once the code has been activated, the Care Refresh can no longer be revoked!
