The fireboat Duesseldorf was developed and built for use in the Ruhr area by Rheinwerft GmbH & Co. Equipped for the event of a catastrophe, be it a ship that has caught fire, spilled oil or a port facility at risk of explosion, it can use its fire extinguishing monitors to hurl water or foam with 10.5 bar up to 95 m wide and 45 m high.
