Equipped with a powerful LCXU single-speed transmission, the SCX10 III 1987 Toyota Xtra Cab offers a low centre of gravity for stability on trails and courses. The transmission is ball-bearing mounted and features robust metal gears for strength and durability. The gears can also be replaced to use optional standard axles (SA gears sold separately). The integrated dig function allows you to lock the rear wheels at the touch of a button, enabling tighter cornering and giving the front wheels extra grip on hard-to-reach ledges.
CLIPLESS BODY
The new clipless body system is robust and designed to withstand crashes on the trail without any problems. At the same time, it gives the truck a clean and realistic scale look. Simply press the locking lever at the rear of the truck, lift the body and pull it backwards – and it's off in seconds.
