1979 Ford Bronco Crawler in scale 1:10
Traxxas has developed a versatile, brand new crawler in its customary incomparable way. The TRX-4 in the licensed body design of the 1979 Ford Bronco, available in the colors "Sunset" and red, sets new standards! It has countless innovative features such as a steel frame that gives the chassis stability. Rigidity improves off-road performance. In combination with the ingenious wheel suspension, you can easily conquer even technically demanding terrain. The shape of the robust underbody, combined with the mudguards integrated into the body, prevents dirt and debris from penetrating. Cable ducts inside the vehicle ensure clean wiring and a neat appearance. The oil-filled GTS aluminium shock absorbers were specially developed for the TRX-4. They also ensure smooth handling under the harshest off-road conditions. Thanks to the 5mm thick steel track rods and the reinforced plastic pans with integrated hollow steel balls, you will never fail in the terrain because of a broken suspension. The Dual Fit battery holder guarantees an easy change of the batteries without splints which might get lost in the terrain. The hinged mounting lever can be turned to two different heights. A recess integrated in the battery compartment allows smaller batteries to be fixed in place. Thanks to its innovative portal axles, the TRX-4 achieves more ground clearance than other vehicles. The wheels are positioned lower at the outermost point by a gear reduction.
The off-road genius has remotely controllable locking differentials. You don't have to rebuild parts first. You can lock the front and rear axle using the lever on your remote control. The transmission ratio can also be controlled remotely - depending on the surface on which the Ford is currently moving.
TSM -Traxxas Stability Management This innovative steering aid facilitates control of the vehicle on slippery and uneven surfaces and corrects the line. The multifunction button of the TQi remote control can be used to continuously adjust how strongly the TSM intervenes in the driving behaviour, whereby not the throttle position but only the steering movement is influenced.
TQi 4-channel remote control With the advanced Ready-to-Race remote control, you don't have to set any channels or frequencies. The ergonomic design is very appealing due to the integrated and therefore protected antenna. The TQi is light and fits well in the hand.
The automatic model selection recognizes up to 30 models without having to save them. As soon as you switch on the transmitter, the model and the corresponding settings are loaded. Steering and throttle endpoint can be precisely adjusted. The multifunction button can be used to adjust the TSM, steering sensitivity (Expo), throttle sensitivity (Expo), steering in percent (Dual Rate), braking force in percent (Dual Rate) or throttle.

Waterproof electronics and Titan 550 engine The Titan 550 is the largest engine for crawler monster trucks. With its built-in radiator, it provides uninterrupted driving pleasure even in rough terrain. The waterproof XL-5 HV regulator offers 5 driving profiles and is easy to operate with the EZ set with just one button. In addition to the already known driving modes SPORT/RENNEN/TRAINING there are now 2 new driving profiles especially for crawlers.
The sealed electronic parts allow driving through water, mud and snow for unlimited driving fun.
The exclusively patented training mode limits the performance to 50% and is therefore ideal for young drivers or beginners.
