Traxxas has developed a versatile, brand new crawler in its usual incomparable way. The TRX-4 in the licensed body design of the Landrover Defender sets new standards!

It has countless innovative features such as a steel frame that provides stability to the chassis. The rigidity improves off-road handling. In combination with the sophisticated wheel suspension, you can easily conquer even technically demanding terrain.
The shape of the robust underbody, combined with the mudguards integrated into the body, prevents the ingress of dirt and debris.
Cable routing inside the vehicle ensures neat wiring and a tidy appearance.
The oil-filled GTS aluminium shock absorbers were developed specifically for the TRX-4. They also provide smooth handling in the roughest off-road conditions.
Thanks to the 5mm thick steel track rods as well as the reinforced plastic pans with integrated hollow steel balls, you will never fail in off-road conditions due to a broken suspension.
The Dual Fit battery mount guarantees easy changing of batteries without cotter pins that might get lost in the field. The hinged mounting lever can be adjusted to two different heights by turning it. A recess integrated into the battery shaft allows smaller batteries to be fixed in place.
The TRX-4 achieves more ground clearance than other vehicles thanks to its innovative portal axles. The wheels are positioned lower at the outermost point due to a gear reduction.

The off-road genius has remote-controlled locking differentials. You don't have to rebuild parts first. You can lock the front and rear axles with a lever on your remote control. You can also control the gear ratio remotely, depending on the surface the Defender is driving on.

TSM -Traxxas Stability Management
This innovative steering aid makes it easier to control the vehicle on slippery and uneven tracks and corrects the line. The multifunction knob on the TQi remote control allows you to continuously adjust how much the TSM intervenes in the driving behaviour, whereby only the steering movement is affected, not the throttle position.

TQi 4 channel remote control
With the advanced Ready-to-Race remote control, you don't need to set any channels or frequencies. The ergonomic design is very attractive due to the integrated and therefore protected antenna. The TQi is lightweight and feels good in the hand.

The automatic model selection recognises up to 30 models without having to store them first. As soon as you switch on the transmitter, the model and its settings are loaded.
Steering and throttle end point can be set precisely. The multifunction knob can be used to regulate the TSM, steering sensitivity (Expo), throttle sensitivity (Expo), steering in percent (Dual Rate), brake force in percent (Dual Rate) or throttle trim.

Waterproof electronics and Titan 550 motor
The Titan 550 is the largest engine for crawler monster trucks. With its built-in radiator, it provides uninterrupted driving pleasure even in rough terrain. The waterproof XL-5 HV controller offers 5 driving profiles and is easy to operate with the EZ-Set with just one button. In addition to the already known driving modes SPORT/RACING/TRAINING, there are now 2 new driving profiles especially for crawlers.

The sealed electronic parts allow driving through water, mud and snow for unlimited driving fun.

The exclusively patented training mode limits the power to 50% and is therefore ideal for young drivers or beginners.
