The all new Rustler 4x4 is built on a modular chassis. With the removal of just a few screws, the front and rear axles can be dismantled quickly and easily.
The oil-filled shock absorbers cushion high jumps with ease and ensure smooth off-road handling. They can be customized with a wide range of oils, springs and piston plates. The ProGraphix® body in the exclusive design is "clipless" (fixed without cotter pins) and is protected by reinforced bumpers at the front and rear. The Rustler also has a wheelie bar by default.
The heavy-duty swingarms are made of a new, even stronger material and the drive shafts have been strengthened so that the axles can withstand even the wildest drivers and harshest conditions. The integrated battery holder can be adjusted to different sized batteries by turning it.

Self-righting system
If the vehicle lands on the roof and stays put, you don't have to set it up again, just press a button on the remote control. The Rustler now straightens itself up again through gas thrusts and steering movements. As soon as he is back on his wheels, the driving fun can continue.
TSM-Traxxas Stability Management
This innovative steering aid makes it easier to control the vehicle on slippery and uneven roads and corrects the line. The multifunction button of the TQi remote control can be used to continuously regulate how much the TSM intervenes in driving behavior, whereby not the gas position but only the steering movement is influenced.
Waterproof electronics
The receiver box and the VXL-3s controller, as well as the digital servo are sealed. This allows you to drive in water, mud and snow where other vehicles fall behind.
Velineon brushless system
Consisting of the Velineon 3500 brushless motor and the VXL-3s controller. The components are powerful and waterproof. With Velineon you have the largest selection of compatible batteries including the 11.1 volt 3s LiPo pack, which allows your vehicle to reach top speeds of up to 100km/h. The controller is optimally matched to the engine and does not have to be programmed first. Operation is uncomplicated and takes place via a single button - simply plug in and off you go!
TQi 2 channel remote control
With the advanced Ready-to-Race remote control you don't have to set any channels or frequencies. The ergonomic design is very appealing due to the integrated and therefore protected antenna. The TQi is light and feels good in the hand.
The automatic model selection recognizes up to 30 models without having to save them first. As soon as you switch on the transmitter, the model and the associated settings are loaded.
Steering and throttle endpoint can be precisely adjusted. The multifunction button can be used to regulate the TSM, steering sensitivity (Expo), throttle sensitivity (Expo), steering in percentage (Dual Rate), brake force in percentage (Dual Rate) or throttle trimmed.
Traxxas Link Wireless Module compatible
The separately available wireless module turns your Android, iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch into a tuning tool for your Traxxas model. Download the Traxxas Link app on Google Play or the App Store and you can use your color display to optimize your Traxxas model on a colourful, visually appealing user interface.
