TopFuel LiFe cells are designed in a flat, LiPo-like format and therefore fit perfectly into almost any existing battery compartment.
The main difference compared to LiPo and Li-ion batteries is the lower voltage range of 3.3 volts to a maximum of 3.6 volts per cell. LiFe batteries are significantly less sensitive to under- and overvoltage. They are characterised by a very constant and flat discharge curve as well as very high cycle stability.
The battery comes pre-soldered with the XT60 connector system.

Internal chip for battery telemetryBattery data such as type, number of cells, capacity, C-rate or battery ID is stored on the passive MTAG chip. If required*, these values can be read out using an external NFC sensor, such as the HACKER or JETI MTAG, and transferred to the transmitter telemetry.
The built-in MTAG chip also offers the option of counting and storing charge cycles manually or automatically. When using multiple identical batteries in series or parallel operation, this enables more effective active battery management.
*Note: It is up to the user whether they wish to use the MTAG function or not. The TopFuel battery can be used without MTAG just like any standard battery.
