Description "SPEKTRUM SRS6000 6-CHANNEL DSMR SURFACE RECEIVER"
The Spektrum AVC (Active Vehicle Control) technology uses a combination of sensors and software algorithms to optimize the control and acceleration of a vehicle in fractions of a second and thus achieve very good driving characteristics. You can adjust the degree of stabilization provided by the AVC system according to your preferences and thus adjust it to your driving style. AVC works in the background so that gas and control feel completely natural. Heading hold and acceleration management make stable straight-line stability and precise high-speed cornering easier and more accurate than ever before. An AVC-equipped vehicle feels like a fine-tuned RC car that moves through every corner with high precision and speed without any deceleration or limitation of your control inputs.

The AVC technology is the latest spectrum RC innovation from Horizon Hobby. This spectrum stabilization system enables a completely new level of vehicle control. AVC technology uses sensors that control throttle and steering to provide a much more stable and controlled driving experience. You must use digital servos with the SRS6000 receiver. Analog servos reduce system performance and could overheat.

The Spektrum SRS6000 DSMR Surface Receiver is compatible with all Spektrum DSMR and DSM2 transmitters. The SRS6000 receiver is not compatible with DSM transmitters.

Aux Channels
You can operate the aux channels as additional servo channels or to power a transponder or lighting. If the AVC system is active, only the gas and steering channels are available. When the AVC is activated "only 4 channels; steering, throttle, AUX3 and AUX4 are ready for operation. The remaining aux channels can be used to power a personal transponder or lights. If the AVC system is deactivated, the aux channels are available as servo channels. To disable, see Disabling the Stability Assistance function.

Receiver installation and connections
The receiver must be installed in the vehicle before it is connected to the transmitter. The receiver can be mounted flat with the label facing up or on the side. During binding, the AVC system automatically detects the receiver orientation. If the receiver is not correctly mounted or slightly tilted, the AVC system may not function properly. Use the double-sided adhesive tape to mount the receiver in your vehicle. The foam tape holds the receiver in position and protects it from vibrations. IMPORTANT: Do not use Velcro tape to mount the SRS6000 receiver as this will affect the performance of the AVC system.
