Hardener L is the most used hardener in the R&G product range. Application with Epoxy Resin L and EP-Gelcoat colorless.
Epoxy Resin L + Hardener L- Processing time: 40 minutes
Mixing ratio:- 100 : 40 parts by weight of Resin L : Hardener L
- 100 : 45 parts by volume of Resin L : Hardener L
- Curing time: 24 hours
- Cold curing
- Heat resistance: approx. 70 °C up to maximum 80 °C with additional 15 h at 60 °C
CYTOX Report on the Resin System Epoxy Resin L + Hardener L (see below under Additional Information): this system is not cytotoxic (cell-damaging), important for applications in medical technology.
Gelcoat colourless + Hardener L- Processing time: 40 minutes

Heat resitance: 65 °C after curing over 7 days at 23 °C. A maximum glass transition temperature (Tg) of 75 °C is possible with a post cure at 60 °C over 15 h
