Carbon fibre plates (former designation ECOTECH) are made out of HT carbon fibre prepregs with a transparent epoxy resin matrix in press moulding. Resin content Ø 40 %.
Carbon fibre plates can be milled, sawn or cut by a water jet.
Before being used outdoors, the Carbon fibre plates must be coated with a UV varnish, as they turn slightly yellow when exposed to sunlight.

- 0.2 and 0.5 mm: One or two layers of 200 g/m² carbon fabric prepreg, twill weave
- 0.3 and 0.6 mm: One or two layers of 245 g/m² carbon fabric prepreg, twill weave
- Less than or equal to 0.8 mm: Top layers of 200 g/m² carbon fabric prepreg, twill weave and the corresponding number of core layers of UD carbon fabric prepreg

- Cut by water jet (depending on the free capacity of the facilities): ± 0.3 mm
Tolerances thickness:
- Less than or equal to 0.8 mm: ± 0.1 mm
- 1 and 1.5 mm: ± 0.2 mm
