Application:
For tubes of different diameters with high torsional stiffness, orthopedic technology (prostheses), sports equipment construction. The diameter of the tubes can be varied by compressing or pulling. Supplied in a stretched condition.

Processing:
Spray core material (e.g. metal tube) "thick" with R&G release spray (sliding layer) and allow to dry. Turn tube over and pull on ends so that it fits snugly, possibly also clamp under tension. Apply resin/hardener mixture with a brush. If necessary, heat the area to be worked on at the same time with a hot air blower. This makes the resin/hardener mixture extremely thin and impregnates the fabric quickly and safely (take resin vapors into account, ventilate well or wear protective mask!).
After curing, the core is clamped and the tube removed. Smaller components can be deep-frozen beforehand. This makes it easier to pull off the shrunken metal core.

Please note:
For technical reasons, it is not possible to spool tubing at a fiber angle of 45°. The quantity specification therefore deviates from the length at 45°.
