Intelligent remote control
The intelligent remote control is equipped with a powerful processor and supports functions such as low latency image transmission, AI calculation and programming. It is also capable of transmitting coordinates for control signals.

gel-ball launcher
The gel bead launcher uses LED lighting to indicate the trajectory of the gel beads and infrared emitters. Lively sound and rebound effects help simulate an immersive competition. To ensure absolute safety, the beads are non-toxic and the number of shots as well as the angle of attack are limited.

2-Axis Gimbal
The yaw-tilt rotation range is 540° x 65°, providing a wide field of view for the FPV camera. The integrated brushless motor with direct drive works in combination with an IMU unit and advanced algorithms to ensure gimbal movements with a precision of ±0.02° [1].

Mecanum wheels
The S1 is equipped with four Mecanum wheels, each of which has 12 castors for omnidirectional movements. The front suspension allows even more versatility in use.

High performance motor
The S1 uses an adapted M3508I motor, which has an integrated FOC-ESC unit with an output of 250 mN?m. The M3508I motor is designed for the use with the S1. Linear Hall-effect sensors with advanced algorithms allow additional precision. Additional safety mechanisms provide outstanding stability.

Intelligent sensor armour
Six intelligent armour plates detect impacts of infrared rays and beads. The referee system is able to analyse impacts and transmit the data to the game in real time.

Practical learning
The RoboMaster S1 connects the digital world with the real world and makes abstract theories with practical applications tangible. The S1 supports the programming languages Scratch and Python, offering users inspiring possibilities and insights into mathematics, physics and AI technology.
