With the Zoom DJI raises the bar for hardware and software features again, more technology is currently not possible in such a compact aircraft. 4x Zoom in Full HD, Dolly Zoom, 4K Videos with 100mbit and 48MP Super Resolution photos in a foldable drone under 1kg take-off weight are unique on the market!
Equipped with a 1/2.3 inch 12 megapixel sensor and a 4× zoom, of which 2× optical via the 24 - 48 mm zoom lens4, the Mavic 2 Zoom is designed for dynamic perspective changes. Catch innovative perspectives and discover new creative possibilities, from wide-angle to medium focal lengths to the lower telephoto range.
- 24 - 48 mm zoom camera
- 12 Megapixel 1/2.3" CMOS sensor
- Super Resolution photos with 48 MP
- FHD video with up to 4× lossless zoom Dolly zoom
Mavic 2 Zoom
Expressive shots with normal focal length
Compared to a pure 24 mm4 wide-angle lens, the 48 mm4 lens is already in the telephoto range. The perspective moves closer together and the parallax effect produces images that look like blockbusters in the cinema. This opens up a whole new world for aerial photography, for even more epic, cinematic shots.
Carefree and comfortable finding a new motif
When shooting in Full HD, the 4× lossless zoom lets you get closer to distant subjects and makes unique scenes more accessible even from a distance. Stay at a safe distance from buildings, vehicles, animals and people.
Fast and precise focus
The hybrid autofocus of the Mavic 2 Zoom combines the two autofocus methods phase comparison and edge contrast measurement to focus up to 40% faster. Autofocus tracking keeps subjects sharp even when zooming in or out.
Super Resolution 48 Megapixel Photos
The Mavic 2 Zoom has a new feature for creating super-resolution photos. When shooting with a 24mm equivalent field of view4, the camera takes 9 individual photos and processes them into a super-resolution 48-megapixel photo. This feature makes it easy to capture all the details of a landscape shot.
Hyperlapse (space lapse)
No more complicated post-processing. With Hyperlapse, the aircraft takes stabilized aerial photographs and processes them automatically. The new function enables the creation of professional time-lapse images with just one fingertip in the app. The result is immediately ready to be shared in the social media. Save the flight route in the task history to be able to repeat each flight route at any time. Photos can be stored simultaneously as JPEG and RAW files on the micro SD card or internal memory to preserve all additional post-processing options.
Make the world brighter with HyperLight - the low ambient light setting. HyperLight improves shooting while reducing unwanted noise.
H.265 codec offers better image quality
Both Mavic 2 versions record 4K at higher data rates and use H.265 for video compression. Videos compressed with H.265/HEVC get up to 50% more picture information than those compressed with H.264/AVC. This makes videos compressed with H.265/HEVC higher quality and gets more detail in videos compressed with H.264.
OcuSync 2.0 transmission system
Proven technology from DJI The powerful Ocusync 2.0 transmission system offers improvements in aircraft control - with greater range, higher video quality and robustness to interference.
Powerful and safe. Extensive development has optimized the Mavic 2's drive system to deliver improved performance, lower energy consumption and lower noise. These performance-determining improvements, combined with the updated FlightAutonomy system, enable smoother, quieter operation and, if the worst comes to the worst, more safety through a more powerful propulsion system.
Max. Speed: 72 km/h The redesigned and improved housing provides better aerodynamics and performance, so the Mavic 2 has 19% less drag at top speed than the Mavic Pro.
Up to 31 minutes flight time. The longer the flight time, the more time there is for recording. Quiet design New sinusoidal ESCs and low-noise propellers make the flight incredibly quiet and more considerate of other people in the area.
Omnidirectional obstacle detection
The improved FlightAutonomy system now includes omnidirectional obstacle detection, making the Mavic 2 DJI's first drone to be equipped with sensors on all sides of the aircraft to detect obstacles.
