The economical thermal imaging solution
The CGOET is an innovative combination of thermal imaging and residual light camera as well as a 3-axis gimbal that can be rotated through 360°. While the thermal imaging camera measures the temperature in the image selectively and can thus display relative temperature differences, the residual light RGB camera has a 20 times higher light sensitivity than the human eye and can take excellent pictures even in low light conditions.

Hot-swap capable
Like all other commercially used YUNEEC camera systems, the CGOET is hot-swappable, which minimizes breaks and improves productivity. The CGOET camera/gimbal combi can be exchanged for an E50 or E90 camera/gimbal combi without having to restart the copter. The quick release and lock mechanism of the gimbal and copter mounting system enables quick and efficient replacement.

360° rotation
The integrated 3-axis gimbal can be rotated endlessly through 360°. This feature, combined with the H520 Hexacopter and its retractable landing gear, provides an uninterrupted 360° panoramic view without moving the copter.

dual camera
The 1080p full HD image of the residual light camera and the thermal image of the thermal camera can be combined via overlay to a common output image. The CGOET also allows you to record infrared and RGB images separately during a single flight at the same time.

Multifaceted thermal image applications
Thermal imaging is highly valuable for applications such as solar inspection, law enforcement, firefighting, search and rescue, and real estate construction and evaluation. The CGOET not only provides thermal imaging, but is also capable of monitoring at dusk or in dark environments with the residual light camera. Both images, thermal and RGB, are recorded simultaneously on separate streams to facilitate playback and editing of the material.
