UHU PLUS ENDFEST is a particularly high-performance 2-component epoxy resin adhesive for the highest loads. The bond is impact resistant, ageing and temperature resistant (- 20°C to + 100°C) as well as resistant to moisture, oil, diluted acids and alkalis and many solvents. Can be drilled, filed and painted over after curing.

Range of application: Suitable for metals, stone, concrete, marble, porcelain, wood, glass, duroplastics, glass-fibre reinforced plastics, rigid PVC, rubber and Styrofoam®. Not suitable for bonding on large glass surfaces.

The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces.

2-component epoxy resin adhesive Solvent-free two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin for highest loads. The working time is up to 120 minutes. UHU plus endfest 90min can be used in many different ways, especially when the joint has to withstand extreme loads. The mixing ratio is 1:1 binder and hardener (volume) in most cases. After mixing, there is a limited time - the pot life - to process the adhesives. In addition to a high final strength (up to 3000N/mm²), the adhesive bond is characterised by very high impact strength, ageing and moisture resistance.

Processing
Adhesive surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (strands of equal length). Apply adhesive on one side, on both sides for rough materials. Join parts in a snug fit without pressing. Please observe the safety instructions in the technical data sheet as well as the safety data sheet.

Processing instructions
Bend off nozzle cap. 2.
Apply binder and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (strands of equal length) to the mixing tray. 3.
Mix thoroughly. Apply on one side, on both sides for rough materials. Join the parts without pressing. Working time at room temperature approx. 90 min. At room temperature, functional strength is achieved after approx. 12 hours and final strength after 24 hours. Cured adhesive residues can be removed from the mixing tray by applying pressure from below.
Special instructions: Clean nozzle tips after use and close with enclosed cap (from piston centre). Store in a cool, dry place, standing upright after first use. Do not use below 15°C.
