Die Graupner Service Deutschland und Österreich Webpage wurde voreinigenWochen unerwartet vom Netz genommen. Nun findet man eine Übergangspage, welche auf eine "Neueröffnung" am 1. Juni 2023 hinweist. Was es damit aufsich hat, erklären wir euch hier.
Die Umstrukturierung erfolgt aufgrund der Übernahme des Service der Marken D-Power und Robbe Modellsport.
Der Reparaturservice wird überarbeitet und kommt mit neuer Webpage, neuen Kontaktadressen in Deutschland sowie Österreich, neuen Telefonnummern und neuen E-Mail Adressen.
Ab 1.6.2023 wird der Service wieder uneingeschränkt für Kunden verfügbar sein!
Bis dahin bittet man noch um Geduld, da die Übernahme vom Graupner Service Center einiges an Zeit in Anspruch nimmt und man bemüht ist, den Service sowie den Auftritt zu verbessern.

The Graupner remote control mc-28 HoTT is a console transmitter for the advanced model sportsman. The mc-28 is suitable for almost all models and offers features that are also suitable for functional model builders on land and on water. 16 control functions, 120 internal model memories, integrated telemetry and voice output, as well as the fast and secure bi-directional transmission of Graupner HoTT 2.4 GHz technology, make the mc-28 a true all-rounder.The mc-28 remote control has an internal circular polarized patch antenna with very high range and reliability. The Graupner mz-10 remote control is a inexpensive and yet very reliable remote control. The 5 control functions allow the operation of numerous flight models. The mz-10 has Graupner HoTT technology, a very long range and a wide operating voltage range (up to 4.8 volts). Bright LEDs indicate the channels, the binding status and the model setting (4 types: normal, delta, v-tail or 2 ailerons). The mz-10 has 4 stick modes.The transmitter antenna is protected and integrated in the handle.The instructions in German, English, French and Italian are included. S1042.77
