The brand new Rustler 4x4 is built on a modular chassis.
By removing just a few screws, the front and rear axles can be disassembled quickly and easily. The oil-filled shock absorbers cushion high jumps with ease and ensure smooth handling off-road.
They can be adjusted with a wide range of oils, springs and piston plates. The Prographics body in exclusive design is "clipless" (mounted without cotter pins) and is protected by reinforced bumpers at the front and rear. The Rustler also comes with a wheelie bar. The heavy-duty swingarms are made of a new, even stronger material and the drive shafts have been reinforced so that the axles can withstand the wildest drivers and the roughest conditions. The integrated battery holder can be adapted to different sized batteries by turning.
Self-righting system
If the vehicle lands on the roof and breaks down, you do not have to put it back up again, just press a button on the remote control. The Rustler now straightens itself up again through throttle thrusts and steering movements. As soon as it is back on its wheels the driving fun can continue.
TSM -Traxxas Stability Management
This innovative steering aid makes it easier to control the vehicle on slippery and uneven surfaces and corrects the line. The multifunction button on the TQi remote control allows you to infinitely adjust the degree to which the TSM intervenes in the vehicle's handling, whereby it does not affect the throttle position but only the steering movement.
Waterproof electronics
The receiver box and the VXL-3s controller, as well as the digital servo are sealed. This allows you to ride in water, mud and snow where other vehicles fall by the wayside.
Velineon Brushless System
Consisting of the Velineon 3500 brushless motor and the VXL-3s controller. The components are powerful and waterproof. With Velineon you have the largest selection of compatible batteries including the 11.1 Volt 3s LiPo Pack, which allows your vehicle to reach top speeds of up to 100km/h. The controller is optimally matched to the motor and does not need to be programmed. Operation is uncomplicated and takes place via a single button - just plug it in and off you go!
TQi 2Channel Remote Control
With the advanced Ready-to-Race remote control, there is no need to adjust channels or frequencies. The ergonomic design looks very attractive due to the integrated and therefore protected antenna. The TQi is light and fits well in the hand.
The automatic model selection recognizes up to 30 models without having to save them first. As soon as you switch on the transmitter, the model and the corresponding settings are loaded.
Steering and throttle end point can be precisely adjusted. With the multifunction knob you can adjust the TSM, steering sensitivity (Expo), throttle sensitivity (Expo), steering in percent (Dual Rate), braking in percent (Dual Rate) or throttle trim.

The separately available wireless module turns your Android, iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch into a tuning tool for your Traxxas model.
