Here you can purchase an activation code for the DJI Care Refresh package for the Mavic Air 2, which can be redeemed on the DJI homepage (within 48 hours after initial operation).
With the purchase price of 89€, you acquire the option to receive up to two replacement units ("new or as good as new") for a defective unit (e.g. due to a self-inflicted crash) within the twelve-month validity period of the package for an additional service fee.
Service fees:
- 79€ for the first exchange device
- 109€ for the second exchange device
Covered are damages caused by e.g:
- User error
- Signal interference
- Collisions
- Accident
- Crashes
Attention:
DJI Care Refresh can only be booked and registered with a new purchase or within 48 hours after initial activation at the latest, please note.

- On the activation target page, German must be selected as the language and the unit should already be registered with DJI via the GO app, otherwise error messages may be displayed.
- The target page is only displayed correctly via desktop browser on PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can activate the "desktop view" on Android or iOS smartphones/tablets in Chrome or Safari.
