Here you can purchase an activation code for the DJI Enterprise Shield Basic package for the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual, which can be redeemed on the DJI homepage (within 48 hours after initial operation).
With the purchase price of 379 €, you acquire the option to receive up to two exchange units ("new or as good as new") for a defective unit (e.g. due to a self-inflicted crash) within the twelve-month validity period of the package for an additional service fee.
Service fees:
- 269 € for the first exchange device
- 309 € for the second exchange device
Covered are damages caused by e.g:
- User error
- Signal interference
- Collisions
- Accident
- Crashes
DJI Shield can only be booked and registered with a new purchase or within 48 hours after initial activation at the latest, please note this

- On the activation target page, German must be selected as the language and the device should already be registered with DJI via the GO app, otherwise error messages may be displayed.
- The target page is only displayed correctly via desktop browser on PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can activate the "desktop view" on Android or iOS smartphones/tablets in Chrome or Safari.
