We decided to improve both the power board and the control board with new components to increase reliability and durability and improve cooling.
We changed the fan polarity to make it compatible with 1/10 ZX esc and other fans on the market.
We developed a new lightweight fan guard to improve fan blade reliability and increase cooling efficiency.
We have also developed a new 30mm OPTIONAL fan with ball bearings and an all aluminum housing. The new aluminum fan is specially designed to provide up to 28000 rpm, dissipate heat in hot conditions and improve durability. This fan is only available separately as a special part. The aluminum frame gives the assembly additional strength and protects the fan blades in case of an accident. The 30mm aluminum fan is designed for the ESC version REDS 1-8 Z8 Gen1 and the Reds 1-10 ZX Pro Esc and 1-8 Z8 Gen2 Esc.
